These Terms govern use of Just 3 Days (the “Service”), provided by DreamAppLab (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service provides habit-goal creation and management, daily completion records, progress and statistics, goal and restart reminders, a local PIN or Face ID lock, optional Apple/Google sign-in and multi-device synchronization, Google AdMob ads, and an in-app purchase to remove ads. Features may vary by app version, device, OS, country, permission, or account status.
Core features can be used locally without an account. Connecting an Apple or Google account is required for multi-device synchronization. You are responsible for protecting your device and credentials. The relevant provider’s terms also apply to external sign-in.
Goals and records are stored primarily on the device. After an account is connected, eligible goals, records, restart information, and ad-removal status are stored in Cloud Firestore and synchronized across devices using the same account. Synchronization is not a guaranteed backup and may be delayed, conflict, or fail because of network, device, OS, or provider conditions. User-entered goal text is included in synchronized data.
Notification delivery depends on iOS permissions, Focus modes, battery, device settings, and operating-system behavior, so exact-time delivery is not guaranteed. PIN and Face ID are supplemental local protections and do not guarantee complete security.
The Service may display Google AdMob ads. Ad removal is a non-consumable in-app purchase offered through the Apple App Store.
You may not violate law or public order, infringe rights, impersonate another person, access the Service without authorization, disrupt it, bypass security, or analyze, modify, or redistribute it beyond what applicable law permits.
The Service and its components belong to the Operator or their lawful owners. You retain rights in goal text and other content you enter and permit us to process it only as needed to provide and synchronize the Service.
We may change or interrupt all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, OS/provider changes, failure, or another reasonable operational cause. We will give advance notice of material changes where practicable.
The Service is a habit-management aid, not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and does not guarantee achievement of a goal. We are not responsible for loss caused by matters not attributable to us. For loss caused by our ordinary negligence, liability is limited to ordinary and direct loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Signing out ends the session on the device but does not delete server data. Completing account deletion in the app deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Cloud Firestore data. On-device goals and records remain until separately deleted, and Apple controls App Store purchase records. Deleted accounts and server data may not be recoverable.
We may amend these Terms in accordance with law after considering the need for the change and its effect on users. We will announce the changes and effective date before they take effect through the app, this page, or another appropriate method.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not limit rights under mandatory consumer law in your place of habitual residence. Disputes will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law.
