Just3days Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service provider and users in connection with the schedule-management and habit-management services provided through Just3days (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Service means the schedule-management, habit-management, notification, and related features provided through the Just3days mobile application.
  2. Member means a user who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. Account means the user identification information created through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise made available to users.
  2. The Service provider may amend these Terms when necessary, provided that such amendments do not violate applicable law.
  3. Amendments will be announced before their effective date. Where permitted by applicable law, a user who does not express an objection before the effective date may be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Registration)

  1. Registration is completed through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
  2. Users must provide accurate information and may not use another person’s account.
  3. Members may delete their accounts at any time.

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

The Service may provide the following features:

The content and functionality of the Service may change in accordance with operational policies.

Article 6 (Availability of the Service)

The Service is generally intended to be available year-round, 24 hours a day.

However, access to the Service may be limited in the following circumstances:

  1. Server inspection or maintenance
  2. System failure
  3. Natural disasters or other force-majeure events
  4. Other circumstances reasonably necessary for operation of the Service

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct:

  1. Using another person’s account
  2. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  3. Modifying the app or using it through unauthorized or abnormal methods
  4. Engaging in conduct that violates applicable law or public order
  5. Engaging in any other conduct that causes material harm to the operation of the Service

Article 8 (Advertising)

The Service may display advertisements on certain screens.

Members may purchase an ad-removal product to use the Service without advertisements.

Article 9 (Paid Services)

  1. The Service may offer ad-removal functionality as a paid product.
  2. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store payment system.
  3. Refunds are governed by Apple’s payment and refund policies.
  4. The availability and details of the ad-removal functionality may change in accordance with Service policies.

Article 10 (Account Deletion)

Members may request account deletion at any time through the relevant feature in the app.

Once account deletion is completed, member information and data stored for use of the Service will be deleted without undue delay.

Information required to be retained under applicable law may be kept for the period prescribed by law.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All rights in the designs, user interface, icons, images, logos, software, and other copyrighted materials included in the Service belong to the Service provider or the applicable rights holder.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use such materials without prior authorization from the rights holder.

Article 12 (Privacy)

The Service protects members’ personal information in accordance with applicable law. Details regarding the collection and use of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service provider is not responsible for losses arising from:

  1. Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other force-majeure events
  2. Causes attributable to the member
  3. Problems with the member’s device or communications environment
  4. Inaccurate information entered by the member
  5. Use of free portions of the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law

Article 14 (Modification or Discontinuation of the Service)

The Service provider may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for operational reasons.

Material changes will be announced through an in-app notice or another appropriate method.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Service will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable procedural law.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on July 31, 2026.
