DreamAppLab (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) operates Just 3 Days (the “Service”) and processes user information under applicable privacy laws.

Without an account connection, goals and records normally stay on the device and are not synchronized to Cloud Firestore. We do not directly collect payment-card details or Face ID facial data. iOS performs Face ID matching and returns only the authentication result to the Service.
Information is entered or generated when you create a goal, record progress, change settings, sign in, purchase, or make a consent choice. The app and its SDKs may automatically transmit technical information when they operate.
Depending on applicable law, we rely on performance of the service you request for core features, account synchronization and purchases; consent for optional advertising where required; legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting; and compliance with legal obligations. Refusing an optional account connection or notifications limits synchronization or reminders but does not prevent on-device goal management.
The Service may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads and Google User Messaging Platform to obtain consent and provide privacy choices where required. This version does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use IDFA for cross-app tracking. Non-personalized or limited ads may be shown based on consent, region, and device settings.

We do not sell personal information or use it beyond the stated purposes except as permitted by law. We review providers’ contractual and published protections so that information accessed by them receives protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Synchronized Cloud Firestore data is stored in the named database just3db in Google Cloud’s Seoul region (asia-northeast3). Firebase Authentication, App Check, Google Sign-In, AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Sign in with Apple, and App Store processing may occur in countries outside yours where Google or Apple operates. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Deleting your account in the app deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Cloud Firestore data. Signing out does not delete server data. Account deletion does not automatically delete goals and records stored on that device, and Apple controls App Store purchase records.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an end to third-party disclosure.
We may verify identity before responding. We normally respond electronically without charge unless applicable law permits otherwise. EEA and UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
We use TLS, user-scoped Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules, Firebase App Check, Keychain storage, least-privilege access, and SDK/security updates. We respond to incidents as required by law. The Service is not intended to create a linked account for a child without any consent required from a parent or guardian.
